On September 19, 2014, the Central Valley Flood Protection Board is planning a workshop and site visit related to Oakstone Investments, LLC’s request for approval of draft Permit No. 18934. This application proposes to develop consistent dwelling setbacks, a uniform maximum building footprint and construction limitations for the home sites as well as convey uniform easements to the State from 36 lots in The Rivers residential development adjacent to the waterside levee crown of the right (west) bank of the Sacramento river.

The workshop and site visit will allow CVFPB Board Members an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the permit request and a more thorough understanding of the issues involved.

While participation is always welcome, attendees shall provide their own transportation. See Agenda for full details.
