“Digging Deep” is intended to help our public audience better understand what the Corps of Engineers is and what it does with simple, informal conversations with Sacramento District leaders and team members. We’ll discuss the District’s mission and how the various programs within the District contribute to that mission and serve the public. We’ll take a look at some of the District’s projects and try to explain some of the decision-making process that goes into the myriad of solutions possible for dam safety, flood risk management, emergency response, and so much more.
