This draft incorporates responses to all public comments received to date. Changes have been tracked from the Public Draft released in December 2016. A clean draft of the 2017 CVFPP Update is scheduled to be posted publicly after the August 11^th Board Workshop. Technical editing and final formatting are currently ongoing and may result in additional minor revisions from this track changes draft prior to August 11th.
