DWR and CVFPB Compile Draft Responses to Public Comments for July 14 CVFPB Workshop

The Department of Water Resources,  in coordination with Central Valley Flood Protection Board staff, has compiled a document with draft responses to public comments on topics to be discussed at the Board’s July 14 workshop for the Draft 2017 Central Valley Flood Protection Plan (CVFPP) Update (PDF: 26 MB).  The workshop will cover comments related to climate change, remaining CVFPP policy recommendations not covered in past Board workshops, and No-Action Context (comments related to describing the potential consequences of inaction or lack of flood investment). Prior to that, also at the Division of Flood Management, Yiguo led the Central Valley Floodplain Evaluation and Delineations Program. Yiguo has over 17 years of experience working in the water resource industry and spent years working for the China Meteorological Administration in Beijing, China. Welcome, Yiguo!
