From Solano County Daily Republic– Federally funded grants totaling $2 million are being offered to improve agricultural water use efficiency throughout California. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, in conjunction with the Natural Resources Conservation Service, is heading the program to “help communities build drought resiliency through modernizing water infrastructure and maximizing water use.” (more)
