The Sacramento District Office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has received an interim 408 guidance memorandum from their headquarters that, effective immediately, revises and replaces the decision level guidance previously in place. The new guidance policy delegates some Section 408 decisions from Headquarters to the Division level for Civil Works projects.
