• Designated Floodway Program Modernization Update (Greg Harvey, Chief, Flood System Improvement Branch, Board Staff; Renato Espinoza Torres, HDR) (Information) Board staff will present an update on their effort to modernize the Designated Floodway Program to date and solicit feedback on the proposed scope of modernization; integration with other state initiatives and programs; and the creation of a subcommittee to develop and inform recommendations that address policy and technical decisions necessary to advance the Program. Board members, interested parties, and the public are encouraged to participate in the discussion.
