Permit 19734 Notice of Administrative Revocation

The board began the procedure to revoke Permit 19734 administratively in accordance with Title 23, Division 1, “Waters,” Section 28.1 by mailing the notice to the property owner and permittee on June 16, 2026. The permittee or the property owner must file a written objection within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the notice and request a hearing before the board if the permittee or property owner objects to the revocation. If no objection is received within that time, the revocation will be final.
