WHO WE ARE:  The National Association of Flood & Stormwater Management Agencies is an organization of public agencies whose function is the protection of lives, property and economic activity from the adverse impacts of storm and flood waters. Since its founding in 1978, NAFSMA has represented state and local public agencies nationwide. It is an association committed to improving and ensuring the continuation of water resource projects and programs of interest to flood and stormwater management agencies.
