Staff will provide an overview of the Board’s projects and programs advanced in calendar
year 2020. Program managers will discuss specific projects, programs, and
accomplishments including implementation progress of the Central Valley Flood
Protection Plan.
B. 2020 Strategic Plan Update and Staff Priorities for Calendar Year 2021 (discussion)
(Board Staff)
Staff will discuss progress made updating the Board’s Strategic Plan and elicit input from
the Board regarding staff priorities for advancing projects and programs in 2021 and
beyond. A schedule for finalizing and adopting the updated Strategic Plan will also be
discussed.
