September 27, 2016.  CVFPB staff attended the Bullock Bend Mitigation Bank Opening Ceremony, a newly approved 116-acre mitigation bank in Yolo County. The mitigation bank will not only restore floodplain function, but will also create seasonal aquatic habitat for listed juvenile salmonid (salmon), and provide Swainson’s hawk nesting habitat.  (more…)
