Executive Officer Delegated Permit Report (May 2026 Special Posting).

Permit applications that are delegated to the EO for approval are received and reviewed the same as any other application. One exception is that the EO delegated applications are posted on the Board’s website for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days. During this posting period, the public may provide the EO with comments on the proposed action. The EO will consider all comments, but is not required to respond to them or change the proposed action. Proposed projects that are found to be in compliance with all Board regulations will be approved by the EO and a permit will be issued. Written comments may be submitted for the current EO Delegation Report at: PublicComment@cvflood.ca.gov.
