American River Common Features: WRDA 96 Remaining Sites, Site R10 Draft mitigated negative declaration (36.5MB .pdf) (REVISED/RECIRCULATED)
After R10 was circulated through the State Clearinghouse on June 15, 2012, DWR was not able to negotiate for the use of property for the proposed staging area. This resulted in changes to the project description and legal counsel advised that we recirculate a revised document. As stated in the introduction to the EA/IS, the revisions are highlighted in double underlining and strike out. The changes include additional staging areas that may be needed to complete the project. This project will be on the agenda for the August Board meeting.
